Hi, I’m Carla, an international fitness coach and studio consultant based in Austin, TX.  I’m wholeheartedly committed to helping my clients find fun and balance in their fitness routines because I once thought working out sucked too. That was until I discovered the joy of rhythm-based fitness—a total game-changer that sparked something within me. Little did I know where it would take me! 

I’ve worked with some of the best studios in the world to design movement-focused programs that leave classes sweaty and smile-filled. And I’m not stopping any time soon.

After teaching 4,000+ hours of barre, pilates, reformer, dance, cycling, and cardio classes, the most important thing to me is helping my clients find the freedom to move with abandon. Let’s play like we did as kids: no shame, no fear, no judgment. Just movement that feels good in our bodies and brings us connection, balance, and joy.
